Ingredients

  • 5 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons ume plum vinegar
  • 1 ยฝ teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  2. Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, ume plum vinegar, black pepper, and toasted sesame oil in a large mixing bowl until well coated.
  3. Spread the broccoli evenly on a parchment-lined baking tray.
  4. Bake for 8โ€“10 minutes, tossing halfway through.
  5. Check for doneness: The broccoli should be crispy on the edges and fork-tender in the stem. Serve immediately!
