Dill Avocado Dip
This creamy dill avocado dip is fresh, tangy, and packed with flavor. The richness of avocado blends perfectly with bright dill, tangy mustard, and a hint of sweetness for balance. Perfect as a dip, spread, or drizzle for veggies, fish, or grain bowls.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup fresh chopped dill
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon organic wheat-free tamari or Bragg’s
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- 1 tablespoon old-style mustard
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped sweet white onion
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon water (plus more as needed)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- In a food processor or blender, combine dill, avocado, tamari, honey, mustard, onion, and lemon juice.
- Blend for 30 seconds, then scrape down the sides.
- Slowly drizzle in olive oil and water, blending again until smooth and creamy. Add more water, 1 teaspoon at a time, if needed to reach your desired consistency.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, blending once more for a final mix.
- Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Chef’s Tip
For an extra creamy texture, add a spoonful of Greek yogurt or a splash of coconut milk. If you like a little heat, mix in a pinch of cayenne or red pepper flakes before blending.
