Directions

  1. In a bowl, add the honey and 2 tablespoons of hot water. Stir until the honey dissolves.
  2. Add the coconut flakes, cinnamon, vanilla powder, and chia seeds.
  3. Open the can of coconut milk and stir well before measuring 1 cup.
  4. Add the coconut milk and remaining ยฝ cup of water to the bowl. Stir thoroughly to combine.
  5. Let the mixture sit for 3-4 hours, or overnight, until thickened.
  6. Stir once more before serving and enjoy!
