Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1 tablespoon coconut flakes (sulfate-free)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla powder
- 1 ¼ cup coconut milk
- ¾ cup filtered water
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
Directions
- In a bowl, add the honey and 2 tablespoons of hot water. Stir until the honey dissolves.
- Add the coconut flakes, cinnamon, vanilla powder, and chia seeds.
- Open the can of coconut milk and stir well before measuring 1 cup.
- Add the coconut milk and remaining ½ cup of water to the bowl. Stir thoroughly to combine.
- Let the mixture sit for 3-4 hours, or overnight, until thickened.
- Stir once more before serving and enjoy!
