Blackberry Sorbet

This refreshing, naturally sweet sorbet is bursting with the bold flavor of fresh blackberries. A touch of raw honey and goji berries adds subtle sweetness while enhancing the color and nutrient content. Light, vibrant, and easy to make, it’s the perfect guilt-free frozen treat.

Ingredients

  • โ…” cup raw honey (150 ml)
  • โ…” cup hot water (150 ml)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (approx. 1 lemon)
  • โ…› cup goji berries
  • 3 cups fresh blackberries

Directions

  1. Soak goji berries in warm water until softened while you prepare the other ingredients.
  2. Boil the hot water and mix it with the honey, stirring until fully dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice to the honey mixture.
  4. Blend blackberries, soaked goji berries, and the honey-lemon mixture until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a shallow baking dish or glass container and freeze until solid.
  6. Reblend the frozen mixture just before serving for an ultra-smooth texture.
Chef’s Tip

If you want to remove the seeds, blend the blackberries with hot water first and strain, then mix the goji, lemon and honey in after and blend again.
