Almond Butter Tahini Fruit Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup tahini
- ½ cup + 2 tablespoons smooth, unsalted almond butter
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 cups berries (chopped if needed)
Directions
- Prepare the chia gel: Mix chia seeds with 3 tablespoons of water, stir well, and let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Make the paste: In a mixing bowl, combine honey, tahini, almond butter, salt, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Stir well and adjust seasoning if needed (more honey for sweetness, more lemon for brightness). Fold in the chia seed mixture and mix until smooth.
- Assemble: Arrange 1½ cups of fruit over ¼ cup of the almond butter tahini paste. Serve and enjoy!
