Cucumber Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups (approx. 1 large english cucumber)
1 ripe green pear
2 ripe bananas
3 cups packed organic spinach
2 tablespoons lemon juice (approx. 1-2 lemons)
1 teaspoon spirulina
Juice of one young coconut (or ¾ cup cold water or ½ cup water and ½ cup ice)
8-10 big mint leaves (optional)

Directions

1. Peel all the skin off the cucumber.
2. Core the pear.
3. Add all liquids to blender.
4. Add all remaining ingredients to blender and blend.
5. Taste.
6. Add more lemon or sweetness if desired.
