Ingredients

1 tablespoon collagen protein powder
5 Deglet Noor dates
1 teaspoon MCT oil
1/8 cup hemp hearts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup + 2 tablespoons hot water
1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Directions

Put all ingredients together in a high speed blender and turn on medium-high. Mix well until dates are completely blended. Serve hot in a mug, enjoy immediately.
*For a delicious mocha version: Add an espresso shot and an additional 1/2 cup of hot water, stir to combine.
