This past month I was fortunate again to work with the ladies at The New Potato on a fall inspired piece highlighting tips on how to keep skin looking radiant and healthy through the consumption of seasonal fall vegetables. The articles main objective was to point out how beneficial these veggies are for optimizing skin health, especially during this crucial time of year when the air cools, moisture drops and skin tightens. Skin essential vitamins, such as vitamin A, B and C were highlighted, as well as fiber, beta-carotene and omega-3 fatty acids. All these nutrients hold vast properties in the daily maintenance, rejuvenation and overall support of ones complexion, working powerfully from the inside-out. 10 different vegetables were touched on, all including a few tips on how to easily prepare them, along with some creative recipe ideas.
